To access the full range of pkb9 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are permitted to hold only one pkb9 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under different names, email addresses, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. pkb9 uses technical and manual methods to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkb9 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Deposits to your pkb9 account are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods available on the platform at the time of deposit, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and select Pakistani bank transfer services including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your pkb9 wallet.
pkb9 does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered pkb9 account holder — are prohibited and will be reversed.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to limits and verification requirements. pkb9 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within 1–2 business hours for bank transfer methods. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on third-party processing times.
Withdrawals may be delayed or refused where: (a) your account identity has not been fully verified; (b) bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (c) pkb9 has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity; or (d) a withdrawal request triggers an internal compliance review.
A pkb9 account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkb9 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances. You will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.
pkb9 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer.
pkb9 applies a "bonus balance first" rule: when both real-money and bonus funds are present in your account, real-money funds are wagered first by default unless otherwise specified.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect payout, odds display, or game outcome, pkb9 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return stakes to affected players. Sports betting markets on pkb9 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other available sports — are subject to standard sportsbook settlement rules. Markets are settled based on official competition results from recognised governing bodies. pkb9 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets differently where match-fixing, result manipulation, or material factual errors are suspected or confirmed.
pkb9 applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all game verticals. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface. pkb9 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of stated maximum limits, regardless of the outcome of any game or bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkb9 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable:
